Step 4: Schedule a Showing
NOTE: Our agents only show a property After you have either been Pre-Approved by one of our Lenders (this takes 5-20 minutes over the phone), already have a Pre-Approval Letter, or if you are listing your Home with our Team. This is to respect the privacy and safety of the Sellers and also to ensure that only qualified buyers are entering the Sellers homes.
Step 5: Submit an offer.
