The Crosby, Rancho Santa Fe

The Crosby at Rancho Santa Fe has all the prestege of the other San San Dieguito River valley Communities such as Cielo, Fairbanks Ranch, and Rancho Santa Fe. This new luxurious gated community was named after Bing Crosby who was a longtime member of the Rancho Santa Fe Club. The Crosby community and Crosby Golf Club are located within the gates of 722 acres enclave. The community offers 443 residences including villas, semi-custom homes, custom homesites, which are surrounded by an 18-hole private golf course and club.

The Crosby Golf Club

Located within the master plan community is the Crosby Golf Club. The par-70, 6,720 yard golf course was co-designed by Brain Curley of Schmidt-Curley Design, Inc. and PGA Tour star Fred Couples. It has been meticulously designed to offer the amenities that discriminating club members desire.

The luxurious amenities offered at the Crosby include a 32,000 square foot clubhouse, a junior Olympic swimming pool, full strength and fitness facilities and an incredible tennis complex which features the Tennis Garden with a sunken stadium court and several additional hard courts and a tennis shop.

The clubhouse will present fine dining and social activities along sweeping golf course views. The facilities are available to club members, their families and guests. Membership curently costs $145,000. The Crosby also offers sports memberships which include use of all of the tennis, spa/fitness swimming, social facilities and a limited number of golf rounds per year for $25,000.
