In January of 2007, the 92069 zip code of San marcos had 17 Sales with a Median Sale Price of $515,000 for a 3.7% depreciation.
The Good News is…
Existing San Marcos real estate in the 92078 zip code appreciated 10.2% in January of 2007. Last Month, there were 26 total Existing Single Family San Marcos Homes Sold for a median San Marcos Home Value of $652,500. In addition, there were 11 San Marcos Condo Sales in the 92078 zip code with a median price of $430,000 which was 11% higher then January of 2006! When you take into account the New construction in this area of San Marcos which accounted for an additional 14 transactions at a median sale price of $752,250 (which was 1.3% higher then the average sale price of new homes in January of 2006).
