One of the most common questions that a Real Estate agent gets is,  ”How is the market doing?”  In the past 12 months, according to Sandicor, there have been 40 Crosby real estate listings that have sold and closed escrow, as of this writing.  These homes ranged in price from $1,330,000 for a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath, 3,680 square foot Home, up to $3,200,000 for a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath 6,085 model.
