Funny, and not far from the truth. At least all things considered I think the markets are getting closer to the end of this swing then the begining. Hopefully here in Tucson and the rest of the country by 09 all this “humor” will be forgotten and the real estate markets will stabilize.

I enjoyed the interview. Yes, it was funny, but the explanation of the sub prime pools of mortgage backed securities was right on. Shows how blind the investment community was to the fact that unrealistic and inflated home market values could actually come down at some point.
